Terms & Conditions

Rates
All contract room rates are in Thai Baht currency, are inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% VAT and 1% Provincial Tax. These rates are subject to within the agreed booking period in the event of, but not limit to, changes in Government taxation legislation.

Check-in Time/Pre-registration
Check-in time is from 14:00 hrs. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 14:00 hrs, will require pre-registration to guarantee check-in. Please request at time of reservation (Subject to availability).

Early Check-in Time/Day Use Policy
Early Check-in Time until 7.00 am, (subject to availability), one fully contracted room rate will be applied.
Early Check-in Time later 7.00 am, (subject to availability), half day contracted room rate will be applied.

Check-Out Time/Day Use Policy
Late Check-Out Time/Day Use Policy (If available)
Late Check-Out Time until 21:00 pm, (subject to availability), 70% of Room Charge will be applied.

Check-Out Time/Day Use Policy
Check-out time is 12:00 hrs. (Noon). After 12:00 will be charge 200 baht every houre.

Key Card Policy
The key cards belong to Baannueng@kata Resort Phuket and for the loss of it, will be charged an amount of 1000 THB to replace it.

Child Policy
Children up to 6 years old sharing a room with a parent, using existing bedding, will be accommodated free of charge,
Children below 6 years old shall not be left unattended by parents/adults in the Pool Access Rooms and Suites category room types for safety reasons.

Pool Rules
Pool Opening Time: 08:00 am until 20:00 hs

No Smoke Zone
Children under 6 years old permited to use the pool only accompanied with adults

Pets Policy
Pets is allowed to limited rooms.

Smoking policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking at Baannueng@kata resort. A 3,000 THB cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Fire Safety Policy
The Hotel is fully equipped with fire extinguisher and emergency evacuation plans in all rooms and public areas.

Lost and Found Policy
The Hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal items.
Should any guests lose personal belongings whilst staying at Hotel, if recovered, the item will be recorded as ‘found’. The Hotel keeps detailed records of all ‘found’ items and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the hotel’s guest room after the guest has checked out which will be placed in our Lost & Found safety box. We will ship items back at the owner’s expense. Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within ninety (90) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.

General Policy
The Hotel has a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the Hotel or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the Hotel acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy Hotel property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services. Baannueng@kate resort may limit the number of persons who may occupy a particular guest room in the Hotel and will only allow registered guests to use its facilities. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the Hotel or any furniture or furnishings within the Hotel shall be liable for damages sustained by the Hotel staff, including the Hotel’s loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.

Housekeeping Service
We provide housekeeping service every day between the hours of 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM. The guest has to leave the room enter 12:00 (Noon), for a permit at the housekeeping to fulfill the right cleaning of all the rooms.

Deposit, Cancellation, No Show Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed either by pre-payment or approved payment voucher for the entire staying.

Deposit Policy
Prepayment is required prior to the arrival of all reservations unless prior credit arrangements have been made with the Hotel direct.
If prior credit arrangements are not in place, sixty (60) days prior to the arrival of the reservation, a deposit equal to the 50% of the accommodation is required at the Hotel at which time all unsold rooms will be released back into inventory. The other 50% of the total amount is required at the moment of the check-in.
To ensure Baannueng@kata resort destinations are competitive, the resort offers the best possible best available rate (BAR), therefore payment terms are direct deposit, credit card payment or cash with the agreed terms. Payment by methods that attract additional commission and expense will attract an additional charge to offset unanticipated costs incurred: i.e. credit card.
Payment Policy/Payment Terms
If the guest does not comply with the payment terms in this agreement, Baannueng@kata resort reserves the right to release all space held for current and/or forward bookings. The guest making the reservations will be responsible for any cancellation fees, which may be charged. Non-compliance with specified trading terms may result in contract rates being revoked and/or rooms being released.
Failure to adhere to our terms of payment may result in, amongst other rights, the cancellation of your credit facilities.

Cancellation Policy & No Show Policy
The Guest shall notify the Hotel in writing of any cancellation prior to the minimum notice dates, otherwise, a late cancellation charge will be applied as follows:
– 60 days before we don’t ask money.
– Less than 60 days we ask the complete amount.

Payment Policy
If the guest does not comply with the payment terms in this agreement, Baannueng@kata resort reserves the right to release all space held for current and/ or forward bookings. The guest making the reservations will be responsible for any cancellation fees, which may be charged. Non-compliance with specified trading terms may result in contract rates being revoked and/ or rooms being released.
Failure to adhere to our terms of payment may result in, amongst other rights, the cancellation of your credit facilities. Force Majeure: Baannueng@kata resort will not be in breach of this agreement or any way liable to the guest, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, war, earthquake, riot flood, explosion, compliance with any law of government restraint order, rule regulations, strikes, lock-outs or any other cause not reasonably within the control of Baannueng@kata resort. Liability: Baannueng@kata resort will not be liable for any loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the guest arising from any breach of this agreement by Baannueng@kata resort or any negligence, misrepresentation of other act or omission on the part of Wabi Sabi Boutique Hotel.
Payment with CREDIT CARD charge 4%.
